I had a great stay, with location in close proximity to Lytham Saint Anne's golf course. A microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge were good to have.

This place was beautiful. Stuff were very amiable to our requests. The bed was great and the bedroom was separate. Greatly enjoyed having kitchen to prepare our own meal. We faced garden from the window.

It has fab, fantastic setting. Staff are helpful. It’s located in a gorgeous building.

Would stay here again, no complaint. Real good stay for three nights, separate bedroom and comfortable bathroom. Bonus points for kitchen with all the essentials.

Its location was good, within a close distance from Ashton Gardens. Moreover, there were shops and lovely shops a few steps away.

The place was lovely, would stay here again. The amiable and amazing staff made our stay a great experience at a return visit. The bathroom was absolutely clean, it had a walk-in shower. We could walk to Alice's Tearoom in 15 minutes.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, had a great time and would definitely come back. Just a 5-minute walk to Alice's Tearoom for some delicious coffee and treats! ☕

We had very lovely weekend. The room was immaculate and available with three bedroom, a blow up bed and lytham st Anne's excellent value. Fantastic location being close to the center of Lytham St Annes. Located in the quiet area of Lytham St Annes.
